Style Me VH, known as “Vector,” is a 2021, 16h registered ¾ Arabian / ¼ Saddlebred gelding whose owner is seeking a very specific and thoughtful companion-only placement due to a soundness concern.

Vector was purchased and brought to his current home in the summer of 2025. He is a young, bright, and engaging horse who does well living out 24/7, is barefoot, up to date on all routine care, and gets along well with other horses. He is generally well-mannered on the ground, loads, ties, bathes, and clips, though he is extremely fearful of needles and requires a calm, experienced handler for veterinary care. He can become nippy when uncomfortable, so a confident and observant handler is important.

Unfortunately, Vector has an unresolved issue involving occasional, unpredictable episodes of falling. A couple of veterinarians have evaluated him and both feel the cause is more likely musculoskeletal rather than neurological. During evaluation, mild signs of discomfort were noted in his neck, and Vector also has a previously broken tail. While no definitive diagnosis has been made and no advanced diagnostic imaging has been performed, it is possible that a past injury may be contributing to his current limitations.

Because of this issue, Vector is not safe to be ridden or trained for riding and is being offered strictly as a non-riding companion. That said, he is a smart, curious young horse with a bright mind and may enjoy low-impact activities such as liberty work or simple trick training in the right hands, provided safety and his physical limitations remain the priority.

This rehoming decision has been made carefully and with veterinary input. Euthanasia has been discussed with both the owner and remains an option should a safe, appropriate, long-term placement not be found.
