Gallant is a charming 2009 thoroughbred gelding with a kind eye, quiet demeanor, and fun-loving personality. Due to a roached back and kissing spines, Gallant has shown some discomfort in under saddle work, but he is pasture sound and easy to manage. He lives out 24/7, barefoot, and only eats one grain meal per day- He's the definition of an easy-keeper! He loves grooming, bath time, loads on the trailer, stands tied, and is brave through obstacles. He stands for the vet and farrier (he used to have a fear of the farrier, but is bravely conquering this fear and was recently trimmed successfully without sedation)! Gallant is a volunteer favorite with his goofy and sweet way about him. Gallant gets along well with other horses and is currently in a large herd (10+) of geldings.
