Meet Zips Saws Pearl, a strikingly gorgeous and well-built 2009, 15.3h registered Quarter Horse mare seeking a home after her owner's recent passing. Pearl was born and raised at her owner's farm. She was occasionally hopped on bareback in the field with a halter and lead rope, but it has been years since then and she will most likely need a full restart under saddle. Pearl's owner is requiring that she be rehomed with her dam, Blondie, also available through our O2O Program.

Pearl was the first to approach us when we visited and her outgoing, friendly personality was immediately evident. She walked into her stall willingly, and was easy to catch and halter when it was her turn to be evaluated. She stood quietly for grooming and picked up all four hooves with ease. She didn't move a muscle when we sprayed her belly with fly spray. And you should have seen her when we took her photos! This girl was born to model!

Beautiful Pearl is in very good condition and is an extremely easy-keeper overall. She maintains her weight mostly on grass, is barefoot, and can live out 24/7. She does have a scar from an old injury on her right hind fetlock that does involve some thickened tendons, but appeared sound at the walk/trot in-hand during our assessment. Pearl will require updating on farrier, dental, deworming and vaccinations. Her owner is willing to draw her Coggins prior to her departure to her new home.
